The Consortium’s goal is to gather small and medium enterprises of the district, in the fields of agriculture, dairy products, craftsmanship (bread, biscuits, derived products, preserves, pasta, chocolate), oil, wine, meat. The consortium works for the retail trade of the partners’ products in specialized stores, wine houses, butchers’, supermarkets excellences departments, Bio shops, pharmacies. It also provides the district’s restaurant industry with food farming products for their clients.
