The farm, located in the heart of the Madonie Natural Park, not very far from Polizzi Generosa and Castellana Sicula, offers the charm of a hidden and magical part of Sicily, that has kept its most typical features unchanged: those who love walks and excursions won’t be disappointed by this corner of Sicily. In the farm’s restaurant you can taste the traditional Sicilian cuisine, based on typical and genuine products growing at the farm. Feudo San Giorgio, indeed, has been working under organic management since 1994 and today it uses only a organic methods for the production of: durum wheat, barley, olive oil, white and red wine grapes, wine, vegetables, fodder. The firm develops around a typical Sicilian court called “bagghiu”, following the traditional model of the fortified manor farm. Its hospitality goes from the bed & breakfast to the half board and full board, to independent apartments with kitchen area.
